Description: If the headlight motor (actuator) keeps running, it's the actuator - or more precisely, the gear on the clutch mechanism at the bottom of the actuator that has stripped. This kit contains enough parts to repair one headlight.

Kit Contents: CNC machined anodized aluminum headlight gear, 4 Viton® rubber gear bumpers, packet of synthetic grease, hex head screws, nuts, installation instructions and a 4-page headlight diagnostic guide.

Note: This kit ONLY repairs 3-wire headlight motors with a bevel-cut large gear. If you open your 3-wire motor and find that the large gear with rubber inserts has a straight-cut thread do not order this kit. Instead use TDS 713210.
