Description: This is manufactured exclusively by TDS. Our aftermarket guides are machined of solid nylon. This is a direct drop-in replacement and much stronger than the OEM injection molded ones. We are so confident in our design that they have a 5-yr. replacement warranty.

Application: Fits the 1986-91 F-Body (Camaro or Firebird)hatch pull-down unit (1st design before VIN# 173202). If you have a 1991 F-Body with a tan-colored plastic molded frame do not order these guides. They will not fit your hatch pull-down unit. This kit is designed to repair the 1986-91 Camaro or Firebird hatch pull-down units which have a metal frame. See the picture of the TDS 200280 or 202280 for examples of the hatch pull-down unit these guides are designed to repair.

A 10" or 12" Tongue and Groove Pliers will be helpful to install the push nut. If you don't yet own one, TDS now sells one under the "Tools and Accessories" category.
