Description: A complete greasable hinge repair kit. Enough parts to fix two 1982-92 F-body doors. The kit contains: (4) CNC machined 1045 steel pins, electroless nickel plated for improved lubricity and corrosion protection. The pins have grease nipples and grease fitting covers, (4) CNC machined brass flanged bushings, (4) Aerospace 12 point high tensile nuts, (2) 0.5ml tubes of Loctite 271 bearing retaining adhesive, (2) 6" strips of special abrasive, (2) lower hinge pins and bushings and a pistol style mini-grease gun.

The kit contains all required parts for repair of the upper and lower door hinges on two doors. This restores the doors to their original structural integrity. The advantage to this kit is that you do not have to remove the old hinges, or adjust door alignment. All you need to do is remove the old worn pins and bushings and install the kit (typically no more than a two hour job per door). This kit contains enough parts to repair two ThirdGen F-Body doors.
